Cupid's Cupcakes!

Cupid's Cupcakes
Easy to make coffee frosting is perfect to add to the top of home-made or store-bought brownies, cookies or cupcakes! Bring these tasty treats to any Valentine's Day social function.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon freshly ground coffee

¼ cup of milk

½ cup Ghirardelli sweet chocolate peppermint cocoa

4 cups confectioners’ sugar

6 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons vanilla

Blend all ingredients until smooth, then use as icing. Add whole flavored coffee beans and sliced raspberries as decoration on top of the dessert!
