Make these refreshing drinks with Monin Gourmet Syrups made with pure cane sugar.

 

Strawberry Cucumber Lemonade

Use a pre-made lemonade like Simply Lemonade or make your own with simple syrup (1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water) and freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 cup). Dilute it to your taste with water and ice.

 

Ingredients

1/2 ounce Monin Strawberry Syrup 

1/4 ounce Monin Cucumber Syrup

7 ounces lemonade

Strawberry and cucumber pieces to blend

Strawberry and cucumber wheel for garnish

 

Directions

Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice and add all the ingredients except the garnish. Pour back and forth from the glass to a mixing tin a couple of times. Garnish and serve!

 

Rose Cream Soda

Ingredients

1 ounce Monin Rose Syrup

1 ounce half and half

5 ounces club soda

Dried rose petals for garnish

 

Directions

Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice. Add Monin Rose Syrup, half and half, and club soda. Pour back and forth from the glass to a mixing tin a couple of times. Garnish with rose petals and serve!

 

Watermelon Rose Soda

Sweet and flowery, this soda recipe is uniquely refreshing.

 

Ingredients

3/4 ounce Monin Rose Syrup

1/2 ounce Monin Watermelon Syrup

5 ounces club soda

Watermelon wedge for garnish

 

Directions

Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice. Add Monin Rose Syrup, Monin Watermelon Syrup, and club soda. Pour back and forth from the glass to a mixing tin a couple of times. Garnish with watermelon wedge and serve!

 

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Iced Mocha

1/2 ounce Monin Strawberry Syrup 

2 shots espresso 

2% milk

Coco Mac Nut Iced Coffee

Ingredients

1/2 ounce Monin Coconut Syrup

1/2 ounce Monin Macadamia Nut Syrup 

4 ounces cold brew coffee

2 ounces 2% milk

Whipped cream, toasted coconut, and a coconut filled rolled wafer cookie for garnish

 

Directions

Fill your 16-ounce glass with ice and add all the ingredients except the garnish. Pour back and forth from the glass to a mixing tin a couple of times. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Add a coconut filled rolled wafer cookie.

 

Swiss Chocolate Coconut Frappe

This frozen concoction is a decidedly tropical version of your usual chocolate frappe.

 

Ingredients

1 ounce Monin Swiss Chocolate Syrup 

1 ounce Monin Coconut Syrup 

2 scoops Big Train Vanilla Bean Blended Creme Powder

5 ounces 2% milk

Whipped cream, toasted coconut, and a chocolate square for garnish

 

Directions

Fill your 16-ounce serving glass with ice and pour into blender. Add all ingredients except garnish to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass and garnish with whipped cream, toasted coconut, and a chocolate square.

 

Vanilla Rose Garden Latte

The only hot beverage, these flavors make this a refreshing summery coffee drink.

 

Ingredients

1/2 ounce Monin Rose Syrup 

1/2 ounce Monin Vanilla Syrup

2 shots espresso

Steamed milk

Dried rosebuds as garnish

 

Directions

In your 16-ounce serving cup, combine everything except the steamed milk and garnish. Stir and set aside. Steam your milk and add it atop the coffee mixture. Add the beautiful dried rosebuds as a garnish. Serve and enjoy!
