We've Got a Shiny New Website!
Recently, we at CoffeeAM redesigned our website and migrated to one of the best e-commerce providers, Shopify Plus. We have kept the process as streamlined as possible and, with the exception of having to reset your password, there is nothing that you, our valued customers will need to do.
You may have a few questions as to why we decided to make this change. We’ll try to address as many of those questions as we can here.
Who is Shopify Plus?
Shopify Plus is an e-commerce provider. This means they have solutions for online businesses such as catalogs, shopping carts, and various marketing solutions.
Why Shopify Plus?
Shopify Plus is considered one of the best available online store providers. Every store on the Shopify Plus platform is secure from the home page through the checkout process. Each page will show the “padlock” icon which shows it has the security protocol. When you check the URL, you will see https:// at the beginning of each and every page.
What Does It Mean For Me?
Because we have migrated to the Shopify Plus platform, each and every interaction you take on our website is safe and secure. Every step is protected from hacking. You can shop at CoffeeAM knowing that your information is safe.
Another reason we switched platforms was to give you, our customers, a better shopping experience. Shopify Plus is streamlined which means the CoffeeAM site is faster to navigate now as well.
What About My Payment Information?
Yes, even your payment information is completely safe. In addition, we have implemented more payment options. This way you can use your preferred payment method and know that everything is secure.
What Payment Methods Do You Take?
We now offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. These are in addition to PayPal, which we have always offered. You can use your preferred method of payment when purchasing your favorite coffees, teas, and accessories.
Anything Else We Should Know About?

Our Coffee Club is back! Sign up for monthly packages of coffee direct from CoffeeAM… all without lifting a finger. Choose from our single-origin, our flavored, or our combined options. Two one-pound bags of freshly roasted coffee will be on their way to your home or office each month.
Also, we heard from many of you that a Rewards Program would be nice. And we agree! Join our Rewards Program and earn points towards free coffee. You earn points through signing up for the program, making purchases, for your birthday, following our Facebook page, leaving a review, and referring a friend.
