I have never particularly liked JAM,AICA BLUE MOUNTAIN COFFEE. But I must admit that this blend with Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee in it really got me to thinking that JBM is not really so bad after all. That said, I must also add that I don’t have the right grinder would otherwise bring out the wonderful undertone flavors that this Cuvée has to offer.
When I procure the Option-O P64 grinder in a few months (www.option-o.com)—it’s on back order until November/December 2022, I will look forward to really tasting all that this blend has to offer me. As any coffee connoisseur knows, to love a great coffee, with the start of a great coffee profile of growth followed by the profiles of preparing the coffee trees’ ‘fruit’, i.e, the bean itself for roasting whether by washing or other methods, the next important profile is how well and how much/long the coffee is roasted—light, medium light, medium, medium dark, dark—and by roasting giving us one of the greatest pleasures of life.
However, to experience the best of this wonderful drink one has to have a great grinder to bring out the flavors that the coffee bean has to offer. Now, assuming that all profiles prior to grinding have been done with care, love and the making the coffee or espresso, one has to grind the coffee with an outstanding grinder that is made for coffee, or made for espresso or yes, one that happens to have the conical or flat burrs capable of grinding the beans capable of grinding the beans for both espresso…
