Here is how it is done...Our cuppers take one gourmet coffee and decide its best characteristics... maybe the spicy flavors or its complexity. Our roasters will then combine it with a coffee that will enhance that cup; perhaps blending it with a gourmet bean that has a creamy rich taste and a long finish, thus making it a superior blend that would be impossible to get from one origin.
