great product, great service, delivery wanting

I have ordered regularly for years, never had a problem, but this time for some reason I waited weeks for my order to be filled. I called, they blamed FedEx, my package arrived a week later. Love the coffee, am happy I could talk to a real person, but still unhappy that I ran out of coffee before my refills arrived.
