Add a touch of the unique to your morning routine with our newest coffee from Uganda. This intense coffee grows high on the slopes of Mount Elgon in the ancient volcanic soils, protected by shade trees. The all-women farmers who tend these coffee farms work diligently to maintain healthy growing conditions, harvesting the perfectly ripe cherries by hand, and wet-processing the beans to ensure your cup of coffee is flawless.

These Uganda coffee plants grow in idyllic conditions 5,000 feet above sea level. The coffee farms are surrounded by hot springs and crater lakes and are kept alongside bees as a biodiverse way to support the land as well as the farmers. Make a difference in more ways than one with this exceptional coffee.

Now my Favorite African Coffee

African coffees are my favorites: Ethiopian, Tanzanian, Burundian. Ugandan has now become my overall favorite. It has a rich and hearty flavor. I honestly look forward to getting up every day to have my Ugandan coffee. "The best part of waking up," as Folger's used to say. Bottom line, I highly recommend this coffee.

solid coffee

First time trying it and while not my favorite (Bali Blue Moon has that position) it is nonetheless a good coffee. Had to experiment with the grind of the bean and amount of beans to use per cup to get the best tasting cup, but when I did achieve it, it was smooth tasting. I drink it black so am very particular about coffee as there is nothing added at all.

Meh

This coffee is a poor second (or perhaps third) to Keny AA or Ethiopia or Tanzanian Peaberry. Maybe I got a poor batch but I would not recommend this coffee.
