Since the Song Dynasty, Jasmine green tea has become a popular choice for both hot and iced tea. This scented tea is delicately flavored and semi-fermented to give it delicious and refreshing flavor. Grown on small tea farms, the green tea leaves are plucked and stored. Each Jasmine flower is picked before dawn, just prior to opening; they are then stored with the green tea leaves for four hours or longer. This process is done four to seven more times to ensure that the tea leaves are sufficiently scented.

Jasmine tea has a sweetened, floral flavor and brightness, while the aroma is extremely enticing. These characteristics are what give this green tea a refreshing appeal.

Best Jasmine Tea EVER

I have tried a looot of jasmine teas over the last decade and most are just jasmine scented green tea that are poorly produced and low quality. Most result in an upset stomach or disgusting bitter taste. This tea however, with actual jasmine flowers in it is perfectly crafted and as a delightfully light flavor. I brew it with 175°F water for 4 minutes and I’ve never had a jasmine tea quite so satisfying to drink. If you intend to drink tea seriously, I highly recommend this Jasmine tea!

Not overly flowery, with a nice finish

I really enjoy a good Jasmine tea when it's not too flowery, but has a complimentary flower scent and flavor to the green tea.

A++ on this one. I was iffy ordering some as you never know what you'll get on flower power for this type of tea, but it's spot on!

The smell is intoxicating and perfect for Jasmine lovers. The flavor is a nice, strong green tea, with Jasmine nicely woven in. Hooray!
