Ghirardelli Sweet Ground White Chocolate Flavor Mix

My fave coffee house uses this in their mochas. Found the local business Costco carried the 10 pd boxes so bought to make my own lattes at home. 23 years later I still starr my day with a grande white mocha ( and still using my original De'Longhi Magnifica machine). Nicely sweet flavor which complements but doesn't overshadow the espresso. Since I moved out-if-state. I purchase the same 10 pd box yearly from an online restaurant supplier at a much more expensive price. Still cheaper then the local coffee houses. Highly recommend if you are a white mocha addict!

My favorite for a smooth mix with my Costa Rica single source coffee. I have a DeLonghi cappuccino machine & I add Ghriardelli for a slightly sweet taste. Came up with this when I was on a cruise ship & they used Ghirardelli in the specialty coffee.

I wish I had read the ingredients on this...I expected white chocolate powder, not a powder mix that was "white chocolate flavor". This is impossible without cocoa butter (the ONLY thing that makes white chocolate have its flavor) and this product is essentially vanilla creamer powder with a weird smell to it that's almost chemical in nature. I imagine this is part of the undisclosed flavorings that are attempting to make a white chocolate flavor at low cost. I have to doctor my drink with other syrups to make this drinkable. Disappointed that Ghirardelli would put out a sub-par chocolate product but here it is.

Stuff is super tasty....fast shipping given what's happening in the world. Will use site again
